Something I really love is reading – I have always been an avid reader and there is nothing I love more than to curl up with a good book and escape to another world for a while. If I can get away with it, I will happily read at mealtimes, in the car, on the bus, walking along, in bed – basically ALL the time!
I started reading at an early age and it is a passion I am hoping to pass onto my children as my parents did to me – Georgie and I read something together every day, even if it’s just one picture board book. She loves to turn the pages and look at al the different pictures and words, and she especially loves interactive books where there are flaps or textures to play with.
