This is what Georgie’s room looks like when it has been tidied up…
I’m sure that you will all agree, it’s nice and cosy with books and teddies for her to snuggle up with when she goes to her room for the afternoon.
Here is a sneak peek of what happens when she goes to her room for “naptime”…
Georgie is spending more & more of her afternoons playing quietly in her room, reading books and occasionally sneaking out of bed to play with her toys. Generally she stays in her bed and reads books until she gets too tired to read any more, and lies down to nap. This process is accompanied with thunks on the living room ceiling, as she finishes each book and drops it onto the floor by the bed.
Here is her room after one nap…
Another day, and she has another afternoon in her bedroom…
For some reason on this day, Georgie felt the need to relocate every soft toy she could find in her room onto her bed, before squeezing onto the small space of bed that was still available for sleeping on. I have no idea what that was about.

Then, we find the time to tidy it up and start all over again! Sometimes I wonder why we even bother at all…
